MINET X 2018

MINET or Mother's International Networking is the technological club of The Mother's International School, Delhi. It holds its annual technical symposium, X, during the month of August every year. With more than 10 institutions and 400 students participating, this club boasts to hold one of the most modern events throughout Delhi. As Vice-President of this club, I was incharge of the design and content of the events held. With the help of an experienced team working in the design and content department, we built the website, posters and food coupons. Additionally also helping in organizing all the events that were to be held, which included events like, Quiz, Programming, Web Development and many more.

MISMUN 2018

MISMUN or Mother's International School's Model United Nations, it is an annual celebrated event, which helps a student understand the proceedings of United Nations General Meetings by givng him an experience in the simulated platform designed by students, and for students. As the Co-Head of Logistics and Technical Operations of MISMUN'18, I was incharge of handling all the logistics related matters, including the members of Organizing Commitee and desingning the placards and the website for the event. With the Co-Head and a capable Organizing Commitee, we managed the smooth flow of the event. The website was duly prepared under the due date, and was fully functional and data was accurately received with the help of the website. Additionally, I also helped with designing the logo and the placards for the event.

Annual Day Live Stream

The Mother's International School holds its biennial annual day every even year. Luckily, 2018 was one such year, and the Photography and Videography department was handed over to IRIS (Photography Club of Mother's International School). Not a formal member of IRIS, but acted as an advisor to club appointed by MINET for this event. As the Advisor of this, I helped them with the procurement and establishing the various gadgets used. The gadgets were set-up within two days, and test run of the live-stream was done twice before the event. Within the short span of time, te team acquainted itself with OBS or the Open Broadcasting Software which further helped us stream the event smoothly. The team consisted of two photographers from IRIS and two advisors from MINET. On the day of the event, we started a chat window and kept record of the viewers, which showed more than 14,000 people from 6 different countries attended the stream, out of which 80% retained till the end. The live-stream was also one of the most cost friendly-multi camera live stream throughout NCR.

Short Film Project

Humanities branch of The Mother's International School, as an educational project gave the students of Class 11, an assignment to prepare a short film on effects of peer pressure. As part, of the Science and Technology Department of the department of the school, I helped my friends prepare the film. I helped them with the direction, script, editing and concept of the 4-minute long film, with an efficient team of students we finished the movie within 6-hours of the day. The movie was edited on Adobe Premiere Pro and shot with the basic camera of my OnePlus 5. The film received positive reviews for acting, direction and editing.
